We understand that circumstances can change after a purchase is made. However, most of our dolls are **custom-manufactured upon order**, and production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed. As a result, full cancellations and refunds are generally not possible.
Below are the applicable scenarios:
#### **1. Cancellation Before Dispatch**
If you wish to cancel your order **before it has been dispatched** (meaning no shipment tracking number has been issued), please contact our support team immediately at **[support(at)luvxit.com]** and include your order details.
Because production usually begins promptly, we are only able to offer a **partial refund** under these conditions:
* **30% of the purchase price** is refundable
* The remaining **70% covers manufacturing costs** that have already been committed and are non-recoverable
* Payment gateway transaction fees will also be deducted from the refundable portion
* Typically **~3%** for Australian-issued cards
* Typically **~5%** for international cards
**Refund Method:**
Approved refunds are first credited to your **LuvX Wallet** in the form of **LXC (LuvX Credit)**, where:
> **1 LXC = 1 AUD**
LXC can be used for future purchases on **LuvX.World** and for eligible in-app services.
If you prefer the refundable amount to be returned to your original payment method, you may request this by contacting support after the LXC credit appears in your wallet.

Once a **shipment tracking number has been generated**, your order is considered dispatched. Due to **health, hygiene, and safety regulations**, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after this point.
