Flexible payment support for business buyers
For approved business customers, we can offer interest-free payment arrangements to support cash flow and operational planning. Standard terms range from 1 to 3 months, with longer terms potentially available subject to financier approval.

Our goal is to provide not only premium products, but also a professional, transparent, and supportive purchasing experience.

We choose not to hold large quantities of dolls in long-term warehouse storage because the materials used — including S-TPE and silicone — can be affected over time by environmental conditions.

Factors such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, and storage conditions may gradually impact the material’s surface and internal structure. While these materials are durable when properly cared for, extended storage before use is not ideal.

By arranging production closer to the time of your order, we help ensure your doll arrives in the best possible condition, with its full lifespan beginning with you — not after months in a warehouse box.

This approach allows us to provide a fresher product and a better long-term ownership experience for our customers.

We understand that circumstances can change after a purchase is made. However, most of our dolls are **custom-manufactured upon order**, and production typically begins shortly after payment is confirmed. As a result, full cancellations and refunds are generally not possible.

Below are the applicable scenarios:

#### **1. Cancellation Before Dispatch**

If you wish to cancel your order **before it has been dispatched** (meaning no shipment tracking number has been issued), please contact our support team immediately at **[support(at)luvxit.com]** and include your order details.

Because production usually begins promptly, we are only able to offer a **partial refund** under these conditions:

* **30% of the purchase price** is refundable
* The remaining **70% covers manufacturing costs** that have already been committed and are non-recoverable
* Payment gateway transaction fees will also be deducted from the refundable portion

* Typically **~3%** for Australian-issued cards
* Typically **~5%** for international cards

**Refund Method:**
Approved refunds are first credited to your **LuvX Wallet** in the form of **LXC (LuvX Credit)**, where:

> **1 LXC = 1 AUD**

LXC can be used for future purchases on **LuvX.World** and for eligible in-app services.

If you prefer the refundable amount to be returned to your original payment method, you may request this by contacting support after the LXC credit appears in your wallet.

Once a **shipment tracking number has been generated**, your order is considered dispatched. Due to **health, hygiene, and safety regulations**, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after this point.

Yes, you can. Here is the instruction:
1. Choose you preferred head and body, save the link.

2. Email support(at)Luvxit.com with the subject "Customise my Dolls", and put you preferred body and head link in the content, together with other requests, such as skin colour and other body parts colour. We will create a purchase link for you.
Note: the link is under our official domain https://(www.)LuvX.World, if not, please do not click the link.

3. Follow the link you received, it will open your browser and shows your customised doll there, just like a normal product page. Confirm the product details and place the order as normal.
Note: the factory will start to manufacturing your doll immediately after your payment is confirmed. And accordingly does not support cancellation and refund.
